LEARNING TRAY So some of my Best Friends are in NEST which is Antioch's version of MOPS. I haven't been able to do it because of this crazy schedule we keep but I love taking their ideas for crafts when they finish:) So here is one I really like. It's called a Learning Tray! Super easy and it's useful. I went to the Dollar Tree and got the pizza pan, had Aaron pick the scrapbook paper. He glued on the animals (with my help) and then we finished and sealed it with Modge Podge. Then I wrote on it with a permanent marker and wa-la! Then we put his refrigerator magnet letters on and we start learning:) So FUN!

FIELD TRIP:DESTINATION- WACO ZOO Aaron, Isaac and I recently accompanied Sydney's kindergarten class to the zoo. Even though we have a pass and have been there probably 100 times since living in Waco it seemed so different going with 14 Kindergarten kids. Wow, I have so much respect for Mrs. Norman after every field-trip.

VOLUNTEER BANQUET Every year Antioch puts on a major event for all it's volunteers. There are probably 800-1,000 people that attend. The purpose is to celebrate and bless those who have volunteered their time all year in any area of the church. It is super well-done and so much fun. There were 'game shows', giveaways, free food and drinks and the BEST comedy ever by Shawn Dunn. This year it was a construction theme-thus our outfits. Oh, and we were working the event:) Still so much fun!

BABY-D Isaac was dedicated in March. It was and wonderful ceremony. We also received an awesome gift of THE JESUS STORYBOOK BIBLE. If you don't have one...get one! Trust me-it's not your ordinary kids Bible. It's really worth the money.

SYDNEY'S 6th BIRTHDAY April 9 our Sydney girl turned 6. We can hardly believe that she's that old already! Can I just turn back the clock and say that I never thought that it would be this wonderful being a Mom! I LOVE having a girl! Sydney is such a joy to be around. She loves Jesus,'big-kids'church, art, babies, bugs, outdoors, and school. She is growing into such a beautiful, kind, and loving daughter of the King! Here are some pics of her day. Oh, and Grandma Beth was able to celebrate the day with us, such a great treat!
