Whispers - The kids have discovered what it means to whisper. So randomly throughout the day they will motion to me to come near and they'll whisper a quiet, "I love you Mommy." This is probably been one of the best parts of my days. They also like to pass messages between me and Andrew. Tonight as we were tucking the kids in, Sydney whispered for me to tell Andrew, "say you love him and you'll always be his wife." :) I couldn't help but smile when I repeated the sweet message into Andrew's ear. From the mouth of babes.
Little Lovers of Jesus - So yesterday we went to the mall. We were looking at some phone covers at a kiosk and Sydney again whispers in Andrew's ear, "daddy, ask that man if he loves Jesus." Andrew said he just had to ask after Sydney asked him to. So Andrew struck up a great conversation with the guy and he was able to pray for Mike at the phone kiosk! Praise God for the promptings of a child.

Crafts - Thanks to Grandpa & Grandma Bisson Sydney and Aaron have been enjoying there giant craft box full of wonderful goodies. They love using their imaginations to create lots of fun things. The picture below is of Miss Chicken Lady.
Wrestle Time - Each day when daddy comes home it is known by all

Surprise - Every once in a while Andrew surprises me with flowers and today was that kind of day! The tulips he brought home were beautiful just not opened yet. Not even 1/2 hour after putting them in water they opened up and I enjoyed looking at them all evening. I have such a thoughtful husband!

An Acquired Taste - Some people simply do not appreciate the taste of Ranch Dressing like the Bissons do:) I'd say that we go through Ranch like most people go through butter...okay maybe a little less then butter, but a lot. It is our favorite side, especially when eating pizza. Here is Sydney with her portion of Ranch (her face tells the whole story).
So cute! Your family is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love the whisper stories! Josiah just learned how to pretend to talk on the phone. It's so funny to watch him jabber away on one of our phones (or a toy that he pretends is a phone). Kids are amazing!
